Subject 'Business Communication and Communication Psychology'

The aim is to introduce the fundamentals of social psychology, analyse the factors that influence the activities of groups and organisations. In addition, students' communication skills in the quickly changing business situations are developed. Different strategies and tactics of conducting negotiations are briefly discussed. Hopefully the course provides students with the proficiency to act in the business environment and for direct communication with colleagues and the customer.
